Aloha and welcome to Banyan 308. Our remodeled 250 square foot studio with kitchenette is one of the most stylish at the Maui Banyan. Steps away from Kama’ole Beach II right in the heart of South Kihei and within walking distance to world-class beaches, shopping and amazing restaurants.

Our remodeled 250 square foot studio with kitchennette is one of the most stylish at the Maui Banyan. Steps away from Kama’ole Beach II in the heart of South Kihei within walking distance to world-class beaches, shopping and amazing restaurants. We’re located on the third floor where you can enjoy your morning coffee on a private shaded lanai (balcony) while taking in peek-a-boo views of the ocean & Haleakala. The studio has a smart TV, upgraded wifi, a quiet split air conditioning system, a kitchenette, mini fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee/tea maker. There is no full kitchen or stove in this studio unit due to fire codes & and no washer/dryer. If wanting/or needing a stove to cook or washer/dryer look at my one bedroom listing for availability. There is a one time $27.00 reservation/resort fee that is already integrated into the total nightly price when you book. The condo uses a digital keyless entry. Your code to enter is unique to you. Check in is anytime after 4pm. Check out is anytime before 11am. Every booking requires the guest to sign a rental agreement which stipulates policies and rules and will require the guest to provide a valid email and phone number. Please note unauthorized early check ins and/or unauthorized late check outs are not permitted. REGISTRATION: We will pre-register all guests via CondoControl software and a link to the registration will be sent on the day of your check-in via the condo association to the email you provide us so that you might review the information to ensure it is correct and updated. You will also be physically registering at the front desk (8AM-10PM) upon arrival. (If after hours you can register the following morning). You will be asked to provide a valid phone number and email as part of messaging and booking this condo. Providing the phone number and email is mandatory and required by the complex condo association (post Maui fire) and if not provided can result in fines. PARKING: Parking passes are given out at the Front Desk when you register and must be displayed in your vehicle. POOL: There are 2 pools at the resort and you are welcomed to use any of them. The pools are open from 9AM to 10PM. BEACH GEAR: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler bag for the beach. We do not provide umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment or beach toys, however, they can typically be rented at reasonable prices locally. Umbrellas, boards and snorkel gear have attached liability so best to rent from places who specialize and maintain them regularly. Enjoy at your own risk and discretion. TENNIS COURTS are open from 9AM to 6PM. Check with the front desk as hours may change per season. SUPPLIES: Paper goods and soap are supplied as a starter pack. Unlike a hotel, we do not replenish these items during your stay. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please notify us immediately of any damages to the property should they occur. Guests agree to pay a replacement value and or repair cost for any furniture, fixtures and or fitting being damaged during the term of their stay. OCCUPANCY: Condo is for 2 guests maximum. PARTY/EVENTS: No special events or parties are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to weddings, parties, and receptions. Please be informed that the condo is not childproof. SECURITY: Guests must keep all doors locked when not present. The owner and property manager are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings during their stay, however caused. FLORA and FAUNA: It is common to see various insects and animals around and inside the property due to Hawaii's tropical environment. There are no refunds or cancellations from insect or animal sightings, bites or stings. Also, for those people with moderate to severe asthma and/or those who have chemical sensitivities, although we try our best to primarily use unscented detergent we can not guarantee a complete scent free experience. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, however these items may also be a concern so if you have any sensitivities please be prepared to bring your own items. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM. This condo is separated from a next door unit by a door. Extra measures have been made to soundproof between doors however most condo units are close proximity in Maui and there may be some noise that comes through. After booking, we recommend you consult your local insurance provider or credit card provider about the benefits of travel insurance or non-refundable travel insurance. Note: State of Hawaii requires the payment of both a TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) at 14% and GET (General Excise Tax) at 4.712% for a total of 18.712% for every guest booking. We have added these taxes to the booking. We look forward to sharing our ALOHA spirit.
