Our remodeled 650 square foot one bedroom, one bathroom is one of the most stylish at the Maui Banyan. This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, AC & sleeps up to 4 people. Steps away from Kama’ole Beach II in the heart of South Kihei within walking distance to world-class beaches, shopping and amazing restaurants. There is a one time $27.00 reservation/resort fee that is already integrated into the total nightly price when you book. The condo uses a digital keyless entry. Your code to enter is unique to you. Check in is anytime after 4pm. Check out is anytime before 11am. Every booking requires the guest to sign a rental agreement which stipulates policies and rules and will require the guest to provide a valid email and phone number. Please note unauthorized early check ins and/or unauthorized late check outs are not permitted. REGISTRATION: We will pre-register all guests via CondoControl software and a link to the registration will be sent on the day of your check-in via the condo association to the email you provide us so that you might review the information to ensure it is correct and updated. You will also be physically registering at the front desk (8AM-10PM) upon arrival. (If after hours you can register the following morning). You will be asked to provide a valid phone number and email as part of messaging and booking this condo. Providing the phone number and email is mandatory and required by the complex condo association (post Maui fire) and if not provided can result in fines. PARKING: Parking passes are given out at the Front Desk when you register and must be displayed in your vehicle. POOL: There are 2 pools at the resort and you are welcomed to use any of them. The pools are open from 9AM to 10PM. BEACH GEAR: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler bag for the beach. We do not provide umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment or beach toys, however, they can typically be rented at reasonable prices locally. Umbrellas, boards and snorkel gear have attached liability so best to rent from places who specialize and maintain them regularly. Enjoy at your own risk and discretion. TENNIS COURTS are open from 9AM to 6PM. Check with the front desk as hours may change per season. SUPPLIES: Paper goods and soap are supplied as a starter pack. Unlike a hotel, we do not replenish these items during your stay. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please notify us immediately of any damages to the property should they occur. Guests agree to pay a replacement value and or repair cost for any furniture, fixtures and or fitting being damaged during the term of their stay. OCCUPANCY: Condo is for 4 guests maximum. PARTY/EVENTS: No special events or parties are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to weddings, parties, and receptions. Please be informed that the condo is not childproof. SECURITY: Guests must keep all doors locked when not present. The owner and property manager are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings during their stay, however caused. FLORA and FAUNA: It is common to see various insects and animals around and inside the property due to Hawaii's tropical environment. There are no refunds or cancellations from insect or animal sightings, bites or stings. Also, for those people with moderate to severe asthma and/or those who have chemical sensitivities, although we try our best to primarily use unscented detergent we can not guarantee a complete scent free experience. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, however these items may also be a concern so if you have any sensitivities please be prepared to bring your own items. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM. This condo is separated from a next door studio unit by a door. Extra measures have been made to soundproof between doors however most condo units are close proximity in Maui and there may be some noise that comes through. After booking, we recommend you consult your local insurance provider or credit card provider about the benefits of travel insurance or non-refundable travel insurance. Note: State of Hawaii requires the payment of both a TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) at 14% and GET (General Excise Tax) at 4.712% for a total of 18.712% for every guest booking. We have added these taxes to the booking. We look forward to sharing our ALOHA spirit.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie’s place. The location was incredibly convenient and honestly perfect for our trip. The beach was just steps away and absolutely beautiful, clean, safe, and with lifeguards on duty, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was also about a 30-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hawaii.

Laurie's place was perfect! Within quick walk to a beautiful beach! Unit with walking distance to plenty!!!! Bar, ice cream, snorkeling equipment. Easy drive to grocery store, restaurants and Nalus south grill! The unit was spectacular! Clean and bright. Perhaps recently updated. Everything works. Host Laurie was so wonderful! Had requested appliance for me when I arrived. When we were short on kitchen towels, the next morning they were delivered from Target! The pool is small but clean, plenty lounge chairs. The outdoor gas grills were in perfect shape and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie's place. It was neat and clean and had so many little touches that made our stay easier. Small things like having a full dish set, laundry supplies, etc. can make all the difference. Laurie provided a ton of information ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect. The place was an nice walk (~30 minutes with a 6 year old) to downtown Kihei, but lots of restaurants within a few blocks as well. The beach right across the road was beautiful. Would absolutely stay again!

Laurie was an excellent host with a great rental to match. The unit had everything we were looking for and was in a great location with lots of nearby amenities. We really appreciate the personal touch Laurie puts in to hosting, she clearly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and have everything they need. Laurie's condo is absolutely lovely. We had a great stay there, and Laurie was thorough and communicative with everything. Parking was a breeze every day, and a quick walk across the street to the condo. The views out to the water was pretty, and the landscaping and wild parrots and quirky myna birds made the stay that much more fun. The location was perfect, central to plenty of restaurants, and a great launching off point to points around the island worth exploring. We would definitely stay at Laurie's place again!

We had a great stay at Laurie’s place! It was right across the street from the beach, and right down the road from our new favorite restaurant, Fred’s Mexican Cafe. The pool and hot tub were great, and the vending machines were very helpful for beverages and snacks - huge hit with my kids! The keurig and pods were wonderful for me especially because we were waking before dawn most mornings with the time difference. Thanks for having us!

Laurie was a awesome host! She was very detailed- outlining everything we might need during our stay. We referenced her information several times and didn’t have to wait for responses. She checked in on us and made herself available to chat if needed. The space was beautiful and exactly as described. Couldn’t recommend enough! We will be back!
